2008 - Jeanette was selected to work with the world's top director for magicians, Eberhard Riese, and to perform during his lecture at the International Brotherhood of Magicians / Society of American Magicians convention in July of 2008. 2006 - Present - Opening act of Magic Chicago 2005 - Produced and performed in “The Artistry of Magic”, two solo 1-1/2 hour stage shows at the Wheaton Grand Theater. 2004 - Produced and performed in her own 1-1/2 hour stage show as a fundraiser for Wheaton Christian Grammar School. 2003 - Fundraiser Show for United States Congressman Peter Roskam 2002 & 2003 -“Nothin’ Up My Sleeve” at the Raue Center for the Arts 2001 - Kentucky International Convention Center - Performed for an audience of over 1,000 at a business conference. 1998 & 1999 - Performed and co-produced two 1-1/2 hour stage shows with fellow young magician Jason Reberski, held at the Joan B. Anderson Fine Arts Center and Schamburg Prairie Center for the Arts.
2007, 1998 & 1997- WGN-TV Morning News Show 2000- “Disney’s Quest for the Best” Special on ABC 2005 & 1999 - Featured on Harry Porterfield’s “Someone You Should Know” segment on the ABC-7 News. “It’s Magic” Cable TV Show Featuring Chicago area magicians (8 appearances)
2000 - Siegfried and Roy had an article written on Jeanette’s career and published in Showbiz magazine. (To read the magazine article, please go the “Gallery” page.) 1996- Present - Featured in many newspaper articles including: The Chicago Tribune, The Daily Herald, The Las Vegas Sun, The Wheaton Sun, The Wheaton Leader, Warrenville Post, Elk Grove Times, The Lisle Sun, The Naperville Sun, Lombard Spectator. Featured in a four-page article in MUM magazine, the Official Publication of the Society of American Magicians.
2008 - Attended the Master Class at the McBride Magic and Mystery School in Las Vegas. 2004 & 2000 - Competed in Abbott’s Magic Get-Together’s National Contest. 2001 & 2000 - Performed at the International Women in Magic Conference in Las Vegas. 1997 - “Kellogg’s Razzle Dazzle Search for Magical Kids Contest”
Jeanette continually performs, improves, and expands her show. She strives to bring the best to each performance. She continues to study the art of magic in depth, including its history, as well as performance art, psychology, and philosophy and how they relate to magic. Jeanette was sponsored into the International Brotherhood of Magicians by Siegfried and Roy and the International Brotherhood of Magicians President Tony Wilson. Jeanette is the Artisitic Director and Graphic Designer for Magic Chicago, Chicago's Premiere showcase for magic, mystery and wonder. She is also a regular performer in the show.
